At Biofarm, we strive to bring you the freshest, high-quality produce straight from our farm. To ensure transparency and set expectations, please read through our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Weekend Shipping

We ship all orders exclusively over the weekends to align with our harvest schedule. This ensures that you receive produce at its freshest. Orders placed during the week will be processed and prepared for shipment the following weekend.

2. Seasonal Availability and Split Shipments

Our produce availability depends on the harvest season. If you place an order ahead of harvest time or include multiple items with different harvest schedules, your items may arrive at different times as they become ready. We will notify you of any split shipments to keep you informed.

3. Collection Options

For your convenience, we offer two collection options:

  • Farm Direct Collection: You are welcome to collect your order directly from our farm. Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time.

  • Blouberg Pick-Up Point: Orders can also be collected from our Blouberg pick-up point. Collections at this location are only available on weekends. Due to transportation of goods

4. Order Fulfilment and Delays

While we do our best to fulfil orders promptly, factors such as weather conditions and harvest delays may impact fulfilment times. In such cases, we will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our produce, we cannot accept returns once the order has been delivered. Refunds or cancellations are only considered before the produce has been shipped. Please reach out to us promptly if you need to make changes to your order.

6. Customer Acknowledgment
